In the year before your wedding you will spend 10-25 hours a week planning every detail. Visiting numerous venues and interviewing countless vendors, not to mention designing the invitations. Its a full time job and you need an assistant


Day-of Coordination $800.00
This service is for the couple who wants to play a major role in the planning process and take a hands on approach in picking venders, styling tables, planning menus and so on. Now all they need is someone to bring it all together and make it happen just as planned.

Our day- of coordination package includes:
Initial Consultation
Basic support with Vendor Selection
Wedding day timeline preparation and distribution to all vendors
Rehearsal coordination
Full day-off wedding and reception assistance and direction
Other than initial consultation and basic support with vendor selection, this "day of" coordination will begin about 3 months prior to the day you say, “I Do.” Providing this service will allow us to make sure all of the “I”s are dotted and “T”s crossed without any added stress so the couple can focus on other things.

Partial Coordination $1500.00

Full Service Coordination: $2300.00
You’re getting married! Where do you even start? Events with Sheila focuses on a limited number of full-service clients each year to ensure elevated service and undivided attention.
This package is for couples who need help with most of the wedding planning. This is an all-inclusive package for the couple who would like expert help and assistance in planning, designing, and prepping the entire celebration. They want someone else to handle the details so they can enjoy the planning experience in a stress-free manner. They are looking for someone to serve as their vendor liaison, creative director, design guide, and itinerary mastermind throughout the entire process. On the big day, all they want to worry about is enjoying the day as if they were guests at their own wedding.

Officiant Services (I just happen to be married to an officiant who has married many of the couples I’ve planned for.)

We plan, design, and coordinate Engagement Parties, Anniversaries, Vow Renewals, Engagements, Bridal Luncheons, Rehearsal Dinners, Post-Wedding Brunches, Birthday Parties, Dinner Parties, Cocktail Parties, Bridal Showers, Baby Showers, Launch Parties, and other Private Events. We will help curate an excellent vendor team, create a cohesive design plan, and coordinate the logistics of your event, all by using our stream-lined planning process.
